Details of the match

The 4th IPL match of the IPL 2024 season will see Rajasthan Royals facing off against Lucknow Super Giants. The game will be held in Jaipur during the month of March 2024. This match, scheduled between LSG and RR, is set to take place during the day at the Jaipur stadium.

KL Rahul – Although we would have preferred to bat first, the wicket still appears to be in good condition. After being sidelined by injuries for the past few years, I am delighted to be back on the field. These setbacks have only fueled my determination to excel and give my best performance upon my return. Our team has chosen QdK, Pooran, Stoinis, and Naveen-ul-Haq as our four overseas players. Our current focus is solely on this game.

Sanju Samson – Our team’s decision today is to bat first. The pitch seems to be favorable for batting and we were open to both options, but our team has a new combination today. The atmosphere in the dressing room is positive as we return to Jaipur. Our number 4 player will be Riyan Parag and we have Jos, Hetty, and Boult in the lineup. Powell may also join as an impactful player.

The teams for the RR XI and RCB XI are as follows:

  • RR XI: Yashasvi Jaiswal, Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson (captain and wicket-keeper), Riyan Parag, Shimron Hetmyer, Dhruv Jurel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Sandeep Sharma, Avesh Khan, Trent Boult, and Yuzvendra Chahal.
  • RCB XI: KL Rahul (captain and wicket-keeper), Quinton de Kock, Devdutt Padikkal, Ayush Badoni, Marcus Stoinis, Nicholas Pooran, Krunal Pandya, Ravi Bishnoi, Mohsin Khan, Naveen-ul-Haq, and Yash Thakur.
